The Galloping Inn is a historic farmhouse built in approximately 1862. Much of the original structure remains today and all of our restoration efforts have been with a keen eye for preservation, style and modern comfort.
We offer the charm of a bed and breakfast but with much more space and privacy. Our Inn is available for executive retreats, or gatherings with families and friends.

The Farmhouse is the core of our base package offering which includes three bedrooms; The Parlor, The Roost and The Suite. This includes full use of the house and all of its amenities.

The Inn is a perfect getaway with every type of relaxing activity you can imagine. We have swimming and fishing in the warm summer months and in the winter the trails are great for hiking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Year-round we are a respite where you can get away and celebrate nature.

We just spent a weekend at Galloping inn and had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely perfect. The home was large enough for our 8 person family plus our friends that we were staying with to "meet in the middle". The kids loved playing outside in the backyard and petting the horses.
